History


OUR GREAT UNFORGETTABLE " STORM " at 7 months old.

 
After some years with Airedales (pict.)  and 3 Champions ( Pict. ) " Star " , It. Int. Ch. 1981 ),
we bought our first Kerry blue, FINTONA COOL CHARM (pict.)  in Ireland in 1982.
"Dara" became Italian Champion in 1983.
She had only a litter, 3 puppy males, one of them, CONNAUGHT (pict.) , became Italian Champion and
won BOB and Group4 at Internat. dog show Evian (F) in 1985.
 
At the end of 1983, we bought our fantastic foundation bitch, one year old, in England, NOSTAW BO DIDLEY.
"Bo" became Italian, Intern., Moneg. & Reprod. Champion. She had 3 litters, first in 1984 and then
obtained the prefix "ARAN" in 1986, other two in 1987 (litter A) and 1990 ( B ), 7 puppies became Champions.
 
In Sept. 1987 we bought a 3 years old male in Ireland, CLANCIARRAI STORMER.
"Chas" was one of the best kerries we never have seen with a fantastic Louisburgh pedigree.
He had two litters by Bo and gave us beautiful pups.
 
In febr. 1990, we bought another adult bitch, LOUISBURGH GIDDY DOO.
"Rosie" became Italian, Intern.and WORLD Champion.
She had only a litter  " C ", in 1990 by our Multi Ch. ARAN ARDPATRIK of 6 puppies never showed but one of them, ARAN CLONAKILTY had 3 Champions ( see litter D in 1993 by Aran Bailebrigin).
 
From litter A we kept a male , ARAN ARDPATRIK. "Storm" has been used in England, Italy and Europe too.
From litter B, we kept a bitch, ARAN BAILEBRIGIN. "Brigin" had two litters ( D in 1993 and E in 1996).
6 puppies became Champions. "Storm" & "Brigin" were Multi Champions.
"Storm" became also ENGLISH Champion and "Brigin", EUROPEAN Champion.
 
From litter "E" we kept a male ARAN ENNISKEEN and a bitch, ARAN ENNISKERRY.
"Dusty" has beautiful puppies around Europe and Usa too, many of them are Champions.
 " Bo " was dam of 3 litters ( F- G - H ). Many of her puppies around the world, became Champions too. 
"Dusty & Bo " became Multi Champions.
"Dusty" is also EUROPEAN Champion and "Bo", ENGLISH Champion.

From litter "H" in 2003, we kept a bitch, ARAN HORSE AND JOCKEY, "Brigin."
She had our last litter " I " in 2006 and we kept the bitch ARAN INNISHANNON ,"Shannon."

* Shannon become Italian Champion in 2008, International & Slovenian Champion in 2009,
Swiss Champion in 2010, American Champion in 2013 at 7 and half years old , Usa Grand Champion in 2014 and back from Usa, Austrian Champion at 8 and half years old and finished her show career
at the World Dog Show 2015 in Milan with the title of World Veteran Winner !** In Usa, “Shannon” had her first and only litter at 8 years , 6 puppies by Usa, Can., Bis & Biss Ch. Aran Ferbane **

** We had our last litter with the prefix “Aran” in 2006
but we can be very proud because our blood-lines are in many pedigrees around the world **
